Hello! I've got a couple of bits of nail art to show you today using a Nails Supreme nail art kit I've been sent for review from Presents for Men (Despite the name, they do sell things other than presents for men!). I've been having some polka dotty fun!
Each pack contains 10 polishes that come with a skinny brush and also a finer nib for details (or in my case today, lots of polka dots!). The polishes are screwed together in packs of two, but you can mix and match the combinations which is a pretty neat idea if you wanted to just take a couple of polishes in your bag with you.
So to start with I used the pink as a base colour and a white and black to create some stripes and polka dots. I was actually really impressed with the quality of the polish, usually the polish in nail art pen sets I've tried in the past has been pretty thin or gloopy, but this applied really nicely and dried well. To apply the dots I used the nib, which does require a bit of care to make sure your don't squeeze too much polish through, but they are quite easy to get the hang of.
Next I jazzed up a blue manicure with some more black and white polka dots.
Nail art kits can be purchased from Presents for Men and come in two sets of colours. I think these kind of sets are a great idea for a present for teenage girls or nail newbies who may want to start getting into nail art.
