Christmas Pudding nail art tutorial

Hello!  I've got another Christmas themed nail art tutorial for you today, who fancies some Christmas pudding? These are really easy to do and look pretty cool.

So, for this manicure you will need:

A base colour (I've gone for a neutral of Misa - Runway diva)
Light brown polish (Sinful Colors Nirvana)
Dark brown polish (Sinful Colors Rich in Heart)
White polish (Sinful Colors Snow Me White)
Green polish (I've used Sinful Colors Rise and Shine)
Red diamantes or red polish
Dotting tools
Top coat

I've made sure I've picked polishes that are opaque in one coat so that I don't have to do lots of layers and end up with gloopy puds.

So, first off, paint your nails a base colour, and let that dry.

Take your light brown polish and paint a semi circle at the tip of your nail.  If you've got shorter nails, make sure you leave some space near the base of your nails for the holly leaves.

Take a dotting tool and white polish and add your drips of icing.  I started doing the sides first, then a couple of drips in the centre.  If your nails are smaller, just go for one drip in the centre (like on my little finger).

Take your darker brown, and a smaller dotting tool and place some dots onto your cake.

Take your green polish and a small dotting tool and carefully add some holly leaves to the top of your pud.

Finally, let your design dry and add top coat and some red diamantes for your berries.  If you don't have any red diamantes, just use a dotting tool to add berries with red polish.

And your done!  Cute right!  If you do give these puds a go, I'd love to see your creations on my facebook page.
