Hello! I've got swatches of the 2True Sequins Glitter collection to show you today. Goodness me, I did these over a month ago, and then TOTALLY forgot about them... What a ditz! Anyway, hope you are ready for some SPARKLE as this collection is chock-full.
There are five polishes in this collection, Naomi (purple), Elle (pink), Eva (blue), Tyra (gold) and Christy (silver). It took me a while to click (yes, I can be a bit slow!) that these are named after supermodels.
First up we have Naomi. This is a purple glitter, mainly really fine pieces of glitter, but the odd, larger, sparkly piece. The coverage is really great, this was two coats of Naomi. This also dries to a semi-textured finish, which is the look du jour, or you could also top coat for even more sparkle.
Next we have Elle. This is a really pretty pink shade that has bits of silver glitter in it as well, adding that extra sparkle. I top coated this one to show a difference between the slightly textured finish and a shiny finish. As you can see, these polishes look really nice both ways. This is two coats of Elle.
Next we have Eva. This is a silvery, glittery blue polish. This is really shiny, almost foil like. This is two coats of Eva.
This is Tyra. Really fine gold glitter and slightly bigger silver glitter pieces. This is lovely! The silver and gold work really nicely together. This is two coats of Tyra.
Finally we have Christy. This is a lovely sparkly silver. Again, lovely application, this is two coats of Christy.
So, what do you think? I'm really liking these polishes...they are great quality for a really great budget price (they were 2 for £6 when I bought them). Sparkle, sparkle! They dry really quickly and apply really nicely. This is how to do glitter with a texture.
