So, for this manicure you will need the following:
- Base colour that you wish to use. Something not too dark, or too light, so that your black and white polka dots will show up. I've done a gradient using Sun of a Peach, Neon & On & On and That's Shore Bright
- Black polish (Liquid Leather)
- White polish (White on White)
- Dotting tool (small)
- Top coat
So, start with your black polish and place a dot in the centre of your nail.
Start working around in a swirly shape, but leave a gap for your white polish.
Keep going round your nail with small black dots.
Add some dots at the base of your nail too.
Next, get your white polish, and start from the middle and dot around in the gap that you've left.
Make sure you've filled in the base and the tips.
Let this dry thoroughly and then top coat.
So, as you can see, this design is really easy to do, but the finished effect looks pretty ace!
As always, if you do give this a go, I'd love to see your manicures, feel free to post them on my facebook page.
