Crumpets Nail Tarts - June Tri-Polish Challenge Day 3

Tuesday, 25 June 2013

Hello!  It is the 3rd day of the June Tri-Polish Challenge hosted by The Crumpet.  The idea behind this challenge is that three colours are chosen for that month, and you have to pick a polish from your stash for each colour, and stick to those specific polishes for the challenge, which involves four manicures, posted the last two Tuesdays and Thursdays of the month.  (You also have free use of black/white/silver/ gold and glitter toppers).

So, the colours for this month are RED, PURPLE and PINK.  I have chosen GOSH 587 Hot Coral as my red, Sinful Colors 24/7 as my pink, and Models Own Pukka Purple as my purple.  The other day I did a striping tape gradient with these colours, then I created a bit of a polka dot explosion, and today I've decided to whip out the leopard print.

I've created a two-tone gradient using the pink and the red and then used a white polish and the purple to create the leopardy pattern.

  1. I love this so much! I haven't yet tried a leopard print, I'm a little apprehensive about it. LOL

    1. Ah thank you! I did a tutorial a while ago, it's much more straightforward than you'd think:
