Sinful Colors - Island Coral, Pistache and Queen of Beauty

Wednesday, 3 April 2013

I'm still working my way through my Sinful Colors stash and I've got something sparkly to show you today. LOVE THE SPARKLES!

The polishes I've used for this are Island Coral (orange/pink), Pistache (green) and Queen of Beauty (silver glitter).  Island Coral and Pistache are lovely solid colors that apply beautifully (opaque in two coats).  I layered Queen of Beauty over ME ME ME silver, as I felt it needed a silver base for the glitter explosion.

I then used some holographic silver sequins that I got from Born Pretty Store to add a bit of extra sparkle to my manicure.

  3. Looks gorgeous. How do you get your sequins so precise, do you use a pin or something? Your manicures are always so neat and beautiful, you have a real talent.

Btw just took an a-england delivery finally bought the Excaliber I've been lusting over since I saw it here (oh and a Dragon for good measure ;-) )

    1. Hehe! Enjoy the A-England! <3

I usually top coat and then use an orange stick to position the sequins, so like the orange stick, pick up a sequin, place it on your nail (without pressing too hard and smushing the polish on your nail (if that makes sense!)
