Sinful Colors UK - Swatches

Friday, 29 March 2013

Hands up who is excited that Sinful Colors has landed in the UK?!  Whoop whoop indeed!  I decided to take advantage of Boot's introductory offer of £1.99 a polish, plus three for two, and got myself quite a haul, exciting!

So in order to showcase as many polishes as possible, I've got a couple of manicures to show you today.  Overall, I found these polishes to have great coverage (in particular the cremes) and totally the worth the completely bargain price.  MORE PLEASE!

First up, I decided to dig into the pink selection of polishes that I bought to create a leopard print mani with a blingy twist.  The polishes I used for this were:

Leopard nails:  Easy Going, Glass Pink, Boom Boom and Black on Black
Pink sparkley nail:  Pink Glitter

My second manicure for you is using a lot of green shades; I decided to go for a some polka dots and add some sparkle.  The polishes I used for this were:

Polka dot nails: Envy, Be Happy and Pistache
Green sparkly nail:  Nail Junkie

Look at the close up sparkle of Nail Junkie!  ACTUAL SQUEE!!! So beautiful!

Also,  I have entered Collection Cosmetics Easter Nail Art competition, and if you like my nail art the best, please can you like and share the picture?  It's a close competition at the moment!

And I'm having a hard time deciding which manicure is my favourite, although I gotta say the dotticure is simply remarkable! LOVE IT! :D

  6. Love the green dot mani. Might have to borrow the idea but maybe with purples.

I love Sinful Colors. The bulk of my collection is SC. I feel less guilty about buying a specific color for a certain mani when it is such a bargain. The odd think I have found is a couple of them have a matte finish or go on more as a jelly (thin color but not thin consistency).

    1. I've noticed that some apply great (1-2 coats) but the shimmery (pearl finish?) ones are much thinner... But yes, cannot argue for the price!

  8. LOVE. Nail Junkie is just... WOW. Dots are my favourite personally but your leopard print is very eye catching.
Were the polishes well wrapped for postage?

    1. Thank you!

I got them delivered to the store so they were pretty well wrapped up (much better than Superdrug who just lobbed all my polishes in an A4 jiffy bag, unprotected and posted them to me like that, it was a miracle none of those smashed!)
