Cherry blossom nail art

Wednesday, 20 March 2013

Hello!  I'm hoping that spring will be on it's way soon (shallow laugh!), and one thing that reminds me of spring is cherry blossom.  When I grew up there was a MASSIVE cherry blossom tree outside my bedroom window and I used to love how beautiful it looked in the spring.

For this mani, I started off with a gradient of Barry M Blue Moon, Blueberry Ice Cream and Cyan Blue.  I then used Collection Cosmetics Shadow (deep brown) to draw on branches with a dotting tool, and then flowers were done using Candy Floss and Hoola Hoop.

If you fancy giving this look a go, I've also done a little tutorial.
