New year is nearly upon us! I decided to go for an all out glitter explosion, however I'm not sure I like it that much so I suspect it'll be coming off soon and I will do something else for tonight. It also didn't really photograph that well, but hey ho! It's not always about winning...! Anyway, I hope you all have a lovely new year, and best wishes for a fabulous 2013.

I'm carrying on with the Christmas theme (still! I know!) so I decided to do a fishscale manicure using some festive colours. I used Barry M Gold Foil, China Glaze Smoke and Ashes, Kiko 343 (green) and 17 Risky Red. I topped it all with Beauty UK's Matte top coat.
If you fancy recreating a fishtail manicure, I previously did a tutorial you can check out here.

Hello! More glitter today! This is Hey Jack, which I bought a while ago from the lovely Karen and Lexi at Lush Lacquer, and I am off to spend some of my Christmas dolllllar on some more of their beautiful polishes right after this! I used Rimmel Celebrity Bash as the deep red base colour underneath, then topped with Hey Jack, which is a glitter in a clear base chock full of different shaped black, white and orange glitter.

Hello all! I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas! I can't believe another Christmas is done, it goes too quickly! I had a lovely day with all my family and was thoroughly spoilt. In nail related news, I have another Helmer! WHOOP WHOOP! So that is to be assembled later on and then reorganisation will be required!
So today I have a sparkly glitter gradient, I thought I'd continue the Christmas theme, and we have red, green and gold, topped off with glitter (you can never have too much glitter, right?)

Morning! Happy Christmas Eve to everyone! Today is the second to last Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge, and the theme is "Santa Claus is coming to town", so I've got some Santa and Elf nails for you today (which also fit nicely into the Crumpets Winter Holiday challenge as I appear to have run out of time to get anything done!) Anyway, I'm now off to spend the day peeling and chopping and wrapping in preparation for my family descending tomorrow.

Holidays are coming, holidays are coming...! A friend of mine requested Coca Cola truck nails as part of my relentless month of Christmas nails, and whilst I couldn't quite pull that off, I have some Coca Cola inspired nails for you today.

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope everyone is ready for Christmas? I think I am nearly there; the fridge is full and there are plans for mulled wine later...
I have some sparkly snowflakes for you today. The base of red glitter is Barry M Red, topped with China Glaze Love Marilyn. I then used a thin dotting tool and Collection Cosmetics white to create some snowflakes, then I added some more sparkles with Kiko 230 which is is a lovely holo type glitter.
