Collection Bedazzled Nail Effects : Tea at the Glitz

Wednesday, 3 October 2012

I am a big fan of Collection polishes (formerly Collection 2000).  They are really good value and also, as you can purchase them in the supermarket, I feel they can be hidden among the washing powder and the groceries and come out of the weekly food budget.

So, I noticed yesterday that since the range has been reworked, there are quite a few new polishes going on, and Tea at the Glitz caught my eye (£2.95).  It's a gold glitter, with flecks of black glitter in it also, and whilst I've plenty of gold glitters, I have no black and gold glitters, so the purchase was justified!

I've put two coats here over a blue Kiko Holo.  The holo from the Kiko hasn't captured so well, but you can see the flecks of gold and black.  I really like this polish and I think I'll definitely be trying it over different colour combinations.  I think it could look great over a hot pink.
